Out of respect to the neighbors, please limit outdoor noise. During this time all conversations/activities, including in the backyard, must move inside, music must be turned off, and guests may not go on the rooftop.■ Only heating is included in the default price as coastal temperatures are very mild (~65-75F) year round.Ultimately, we hope you treat and relax in this home as if it were your own.
