Just 5 miles from the beautiful beaches and world-class restaurants that Naples Florida is known for!The Master bedroom with king-size bed has sliders to a large, screened lanai where you’ll enjoy your morning cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine, overlooking a lovely lake with a fountain, and an island! There is a large bathroom en suite including separate tub, and shower, along with dual bowl sink/vanity. Master suite also includes a LARGE walk-in closet, and is furnished with Havana Palm furniture. The open plan living room has sliders to the same lanai overlooking the lake with a dining set for outside meals. The Guest bedroom has TWO twin beds, with a good sized closet, and the second bathroom is just adjacent to the the bedroom. Bed linens and towels provided. Each room features flat screen TV’s as well.The kitchen is FULLY EQUPPED including large refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It also includes utensils, dishware, cookware, coffeemaker, electric kettle, and toaster. Of course there is central air conditioning throughout as well! There is ample storage, adjacent to the ONE CAR CARPORT for beach chairs, and golf equipment.
