Here your first view of the large pool table, which invites you to convivial evenings.The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your personal cooking experience. A typical American fridge provides you with ice cubes to enjoy a cool drink on the adjoining terrace.Here you can expect a high-quality, largely unobservable pool area with stylish and comfortable seating and lounging.The south orientation and the heat pump is on cooler days, the bathing pleasure nothing in the way. Your children will also enjoy it here. (A child safety fence can be mounted for the safety of your children).In an absolutely quiet, yet central location, you can relax here your soul. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance.In about 10 minutes you are at the yacht club or at the bridge over the Caloosahatcheeriver.
