The Lazy Turtle Vacation Rental – Amelia Island….under Lazy Turtle Too RentalLife is better at the beach! Relax and rejuvenate in our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Retreat to the master with king bed, smart TV and a private bath (large shower), while guests stay in the guest BR (utilizing the full guest bathroom with tub/shower). We are located in a very quiet and secluded setting under the oak trees at the back of the resort complex. Our 1,100 square foot, first floor condo has a large kitchen/living space, luxury vinyl plank floors, and a cozy feeling with even an e- fireplace! There is NO ELEVATOR and you must be able to navigate a few stairs to access our condo. Come enjoy the beach!The amenities include:*A designated parking space (and a second pass for a guest space)*Unheated Pool*A/C (central HVAC)*King Bed and Smart TV in master*Guest bedroom can be converted from 2 twins to short king*High speed-wireless internet*Smart tv in living room*Fully equipped kitchen andwasher/dryer (detergent provided)*Linens, towels and beach towels provided*4 beach chairs provided and several beach towels*Hair dryers in both bathrooms*Pool, tennis courts, playground, and picnic area with grills on the propertyNOTE WORTHY:*Approximately 10 minute walk from the condo to the Sadler Road public beach access (& only 0.2 miles to Beach Access 24). This Sadler Road access is one of the best on the beach with public restrooms, picnic tables, a foot washing station, a beach-front restaurant (i.e. Sliders), and plenty of parking if you choose to drive rather than walk to the beach.*Approximately 30-40 minutes to JAX International Airport.
