Tucked away in a beautiful quiet neighborhood on South Ridge Lane, and just steps away from the beach access, it has everything you could ever want in a beach house!On the main floor of the house, you will find the large, open living area which includes the kitchen, and a dining area, as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living area has plenty of space for the whole family to play games, watch movies on the large screen smart TV or just rest after long days on the beach. The kitchen and dining areas have room for all to enjoy homecooked meals. The main floor also has a large covered wrap-around deck, with oceans views, complete with an outdoor dining area, plenty of seating and chairs for lounging in the sun. On this level are also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 full beds and uses the shared full bathroom in the hallway The second bedroom also has 2 full beds and its own private bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV with a firestick. There is a large laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a water cooler.The top floor of the house has two master suites. The first bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom and television with firestick. The second bedroom also has a king bedroom, a private bathroom, a smart TV and on top of that, it also has a private ocean facing deck that is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee. The views on the top deck are incredible!On the ground floor is covered parking, two enclosed outdoor showers, a carport and a large open space for grilling, playing games or just enjoying the nice breeze. There is also a storage room in this area with an extra refrigerator!The legal pad is loaded with character, and is a house you and your family will want to come back to again and again.
