We have one of America’s oldest continuously running farmers Markets in front of city hall just a few blocks away, and gobs of historical sights from early colonial days, the American Revolution, and the Civil War. There’s always something to do, see, and of course eat in Old Town!Getting Around:Only 15-minutes walk to either The King Street Metro or Braddock Rd metro stations2 blocks from historic King Street and the FREE Trolley that will take you down to the waterfront or back to the King Street Metro.Uber and Lyft as well as numerous electric scooter companies operate throughout the DC area that allow you to rent them easily using their app on your smartphones.There are also several Capitol Bikeshare stations within a 5-minute walk of our home.Additionally, guests are also welcome to use the bicycle that you’ll find in the home, along with helmet – safety first!Other Things to Note:Make sure to find our House Welcome Guide when you get settled in.
