The LQ is a guest house (originally permitted as a “Lieutenants Quarters” during the hay-day of the local military base in the 1950s) that has recently been redone and is ready to host guests to the Salinas/Monterey/Santa Cruz area. It has a queen bed and fold out couch for sleeping as well as a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The LQ is on the same property as another vacation rental but has it’s own entrance.
