You will walk up your private staircase to enter the loft. Once inside you will find:-Living Room-Once you enter the home, take a look to the left and find the living space, perfect for spending time with those you love. It includes a sofa, a coffee table, an area rug, and a smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services).-Dining-Take a look to your right from the doorway, and you’ll find a table for two to enjoy a meal, card game, or conversation.-Kitchen-Joined to the dining and living space is the kitchen. The open set up ensures that the chef is never isolated from the fun! Our loft features a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze. As you inspect the kitchen, you will find a section of the counter top fully equipped with a coffee station.-Bedroom-Right off of the living/dining space, you will find a nice sized room with a queen size bed, nightstand, and small reading lamp.-Hall/Shared Bathroom-Inside of the bathroom you will find a single vanity, a shower, and a toilet.Our space is the perfect set up for a cozy getaway for two :)We cannot wait to welcome you to The Pettigru Loft!Other things to note:This space is a one-bedroom apartment above a detached garage. There is a Ring camera at the entrance. This Home is also equipped with NoiseAware software to ensure volume does not exceed a certain decibel. (Note: NOT a recording device).
