Enjoy a good book by the lake or take a half mile walk to Bessey Nature Preserve where Lancaster Creek feeds into Douglas Lake.By night, catch the Northern Lights or the Milky Way Galaxy from the dock while a fire crackles on the shore.The Loon Lodge is a cozy 1940’s whole log cabin that has been updated & renovated while honoring it’s historical character.There are two bedrooms (pony walls) each featuring a queen bed. There is also a sleeping loft with a full and twin bed, while a futon is available in the living room for extra sleeping.A full kitchen, bathroom and living room finish the space, plus an enclosed porch on the lakeside for sipping your morning coffee.The cabin is best for a couple or single family with kids.
