The interior features a kitchen with brand new stainless-steel Viking appliances, granite countertops and ocean views. The spacious living/dining area was completely redesigned with all new beach chic furnishings, automatic light-filtering blinds and a 75” smart TV. Accordion glass doors fully open to the breathtaking panoramic ocean views from Santa Monica Bay to Point Dume.The upstairs has new flooring with two secondary bedrooms and shared bathroom. Just down the hall, a complete separate oceanfront master-suite features a king size bed, ample closet space, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and private balcony.What really sets this property apart from the others is the huge 600sqft oceanfront deck down below. It allows for endless entertainment options with a built-in rock spa that’s set right above the Pacific Ocean and elevated patio for unobstructed sunbathing. Outdoor furniture, bar and ping-pong table complete the space.This property is close to world-class dining, shopping, entertainment and is less than a 10-minute drive to the westside.
