Electrical heat in colder months and AC in warmer months also available.- Deeded access to a private beach shared with a few kind, respectful neighbors, just a short walk from the cottage.- Free access to our 4 kayaks and 1 paddleboard at the beach.- 2-person infrared sauna with chromotherapy lighting and bluetooth speakers.- Deep jacuzzi tub to soak and restore, with two shower heads.- Full coffee bar with an espresso machine, 12-cup coffee maker, single-serve Keurig, and French press.
