Summary:Mid-Mod, Texas Style – You, your family (including your dog) and your friends can enjoy this spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom, 1950’s single-story, ranch-style house. It is newly renovated and reflects its mid-mod history while embracing its Texas roots. Your family and friends will appreciate being able to hang out in the great room, kitchen and around the large dining table. Enjoy time around the fire pit and play some cornhole in the fenced back yard.STR License # STR0000395-04-2023The Space:Things are bigger in Texas – You will truly have space to spread out and enjoy a good night’s rest with two bedrooms having king-sized beds and the remaining three rooms having queen-sized beds. For your comfort, all beds have the highly rated Casper mattresses. There are three full bathrooms so everyone will have easy access. All rooms have a desk so you have your own space to get some work or reading done if needed.More than just wall art – Throughout the house you will see original paintings and photography. We are excited to be partnering with the Kieran-Sistrunk Fine Art Gallery in Waco to feature and offer for sale several local artists’ work. Not only does this provide a unique environment for the house, but it connects you to some of the creatives in our community.The Neighborhood:Location matters – You will be 10 minutes or less from the major attractions Waco has to offer: Baylor University, McLane Stadium, Magnolia Market, Silo District, Downtown District, Cameron Park & Zoo, Brazos River, Dr. Pepper Museum, Texas Ranger Hall of Fame & Museum, and another Texas icon – an HEB plus! grocery store. You are walking distance from bike rentals, eateries, a brewery, and the Brazos River. The Waco Riverwalk has over seven miles of paved and lighted paths along the shores with water toys available to rent.
