This home is decked out with all the modern amenities, and perfect for entertaining a large group: a spacious kitchen with all the necessary cookware, an eight people hot tub on the deck within throwing distance of the ski slope, comfortable furniture pieces, a cedar sauna, a large wood-burning fireplace, and a slate pool table! Plus, all bedding, bath and hot tub linens are provided, and high-speed wireless internet and premium cable TV programming are available! You won’t find a better spot in Killington to rendezvous with friends and family!VRBO bookings. Please be aware that we can only allow the first 20% of the booking to the credit card, the remaining has to be done by check or wire. Please inquire FIRST to find out more details. Reservations cannot be canceled due to the weather or lack of snow since mother nature effects are uncontrollable by the management company or the owner of the property.-No arrivals or departures on Saturdays.-Three-night minimum stay midweek (year-round).-New Year’s five-night minimum stay.-Winter Season, three-night minimum stay weekends, three-night minimum stay midweeks.-No shoes in the house.-No smoking in the house.-Do not over occupy the house. Overoccupancy will result in a $200.00 charge per extra person, per night. Overoccupancy is defined by the number of guests exceeding the agreed amount in both the Airbnb platform and our mutually agreed upon rental contract.-Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet’s name, age, and breed. If you decide to bring a pet or pets without authorization, you will be charged $300.00 per pet plus cleaning costs.-Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family, or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility.
