However, we only accept dogs.-Please dispose of all trash before departing.-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet.-Place all dirty linens in the dirty linen hampers.-Please clean any dirty dishes before checking out.-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.-Respect thy home and neighbors.
