Pool guy was scheduled every Tuesday and Friday.2. Yard people come every two weeks to maintain the yard. (3rd week of every month, Wednesday or Thursday)3. We hired a 3rd party company called Can Monkey. They were tasked to pull out the trash at the curb every Tuesday for regular trash. They will come back in the afternoon to return the trash bin to where it is originally placed.No lifeguards will be on duty.Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER: Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER:1. Ring doorbell and and backyard camera. There is also a Minut noise sensor that measures dB levels inside.
