The “Nook” is a cozy, furnished year round one bedroom apartment at Higgins Beach, Scarborough, Maine, just a two minute walk to the most incredible silver-sand beach in southern Maine. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a futon sleeper. The sitting room has a comfortable love seat and Color TV. The fully furnished Kitchen/Dining area has bead board and hardwood. Also, outdoor dining table and chairs and gas grille. No laundry on site. Please bring your own sheets and towels.
