The “Nook” – Pond Side Cottage in Bar HarborThe Nook was converted in the 80s partially using a shed first built on the property in the 1920s. While inside the unit you can see the roof of the original Nook where the bedroom now resides. The router is located in the unit if guests would like to have an Ethernet Connection instead of Wi-Fi~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~A/C Units/Fans:-There is a Mini-Split A/C Unit in the bedroom as well as the living room-There is a Standing Fan available as well~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~-Outdoor Furniture is put out in Late May until the End of OctoberGuest accessThe entire unit is available for access by this unit ONLY.The Laundry Room in the garage is shared with the unit next door, as is the backyard and fire pit space.Other things to note-Being near a Pond there are may bugs and moths especially at night time. Guests need to be cautious of coming and going from the sliding door at night time as bugs are attracted to the light-There are 4 steps to get to the front door
