It offers residents a secure, comfortable resort style lifestyle set in the rugged beauty of the high Sonoran desert. You won’t be disappointed!!House sits at about 2600ft elevation which really helps in the summer months roughly 6-7 degrees cooler than downtown Scottsdale.Amenities covered: Water, Sewer, Electricity, Trash, yard maintenance, weekly pool/spa maintenance.Only thing not covered would be propane gas (Optional) which is needed for BBQ/Pool&Spa usage). If used we ask guests to replace what was used.
