Enjoy a peaceful day on the beach and explore the brand new Orange Loop restaurant scene at night! Our unit includes a stove top kitchen, half bathroom, and on-street parking. We can’t wait to welcome you!The Space:Our Newly renovated Oakden Suite features brand new LVP floors, new furniture, brand new granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances!We are on the beach block – a 60 second walk to our personal favorite beach spot on the AC boardwalk.FRONT EXTERIOR:- Our building is beach block in the Orange Loop (full of restaurants, bakeries, yoga’s, etc).- This unit is on the 3rd floorLIVING ROOM:- Cozy area connected to the kitchen. Features comfortable seating, bright unique wallpaper, and a large Smart TV (There is no TV cable, only streaming apps).KITCHEN:- Kitchen stocked with appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. *Drip Coffee MachineBATHROOM:- 1 full bathroom in the hallway.Sleeps 1-4BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen Sized Bed, 1 Sofa Bed- Flex mount smart TVLIVINGROOM: Futon is the “sofa bed”Bedroom has comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.Guest Access:ACCESS & ENTRY:- Guests will have access to the entire unit.- Please be respectful to our neighbors in the building.KEYLESS ENTRY:- There is keyless entry. Our Building is located in a city; potential for noise from cars, and fellow beach go-ers.SECURITY:- The home is protected by exterior ring camera security, as well as interior building security in the COMMON AREAS ONLY (Building Entrance, hallways & stair cases).- Our building is locked 24/7, accessible from code.- Unit locked with a Schlage lock.The Neighborhood:This property is smack in the middle of all Atlantic city’s best attractions. Seconds from the Boardwalk and a short distance to Hard Rock Casino Head over to Tennessee ave for some great food and strong drinks, gather with friends or Resorts Casino. Walking distance to Hard Rock, and Ocean Resort Casino.Expect foot traffic! We are in a very popular area with many other beach go-ers passing by.Getting Around:You can park around/in front of the building where there is plenty of on-street parking. For when you travel around the city, parking in AC is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible. We also have the Atlantic City Jitney ($2.50) a few blocks away that will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in AC during your stay. But we always recommend seeing the heart of AC by taking a nice stroll down the boardwalk!Other Things to Note:Expect foot traffic! We are located on a popular beach block with many beach go-ers passing by!This is a combo building half rental/residence :)IMPORTANT!!!THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY!Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum!No prom groupsNo bachelor partiesNo more than 4 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.)No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter.If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.PET POLICY:We do not allow pets here, sorry! There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.CLEANING POLICY:If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.CHECK-IN:Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day.Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.CHECK OUT:Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay.
