The Oasis in the Trees in private, beautiful, and close to shopping & downtown.This Arts and Crafts studio has its own parking and entrance and is surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens. The bedroom and sitting-room have Mexican tile floors, stylish furnishings and a soothing ambiance. You will enjoy a comfy queen-size bed, a kitchenette with all the modern conveniences, fast Wi-Fi and a 32-inch Smart TV. There is a collapsible desk stored in the closet in case you need to work. The beautifully tiled bathroom has heated floors, a shower built for two, and a dressing area separate from the bedroom. You can enjoy our morning coffee or just relax on the patio right outside the front door.The spaceThe Oasis in the Trees is great for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or if you have kids, we have a comfortable queen-size pull-out couch that can sleep one or two young ones.Guest accessThere is a digital lock and will send you the code a day or two before your arrival. There are great hiking trails and mountain biking areas nearby. If you are a nature-lover, a mile up the road is a bird sanctuary and a short hike away is Beaverdam Lake which is great for a nice walk with a beautiful view. We are also seven minutes from Asheville’s entertaining and diverse downtown. The bus line is at the end of our street if you choose not to drive your car.Other things to noteYou are very close to Asheville’s eclectic and fun downtown, which has great restaurants (phenomenal ethnic food and local home-grown cuisine), music (free music in the summer and street musicians year-round) theater, art galleries, spas, and great people-watching. Asheville is on the top ten list for best places to live and visit. It is a small town but has all the amenities of a big city. America’s largest private house, the Biltmore Estate, the historical home of the Vanderbilt family, is only 15 minutes away. The Grove Park Inn and Spa Resort is 5 minutes away.
