THE OASIS – Sleeps 21 – Newly Remodeled – Very CleanSummary:***Due to COVID, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the cleanliness of our home through additional cleaning and disinfecting steps for the safety of our guests.Big House- Amazing Scottsdale Location- Lots of Beds- Great Backyard For Entertainment- Large Pool (fee to heat), Waterfall, Slide, Palm Trees, BBQ, & More!We set up this house for big groups like yours to have an amazing vacation in Scottsdale.It’s stocked with everything your group needs for an easy and comfortable stay.5 min to Kierland Commons, 20 min to Old Town, and located in the safest and most sought after city in Arizona. Looking forward to hosting you!***We do not allow parties, gatherings, or celebrations at the houseThe Space:We refer to this house as the Scottsdale Oasis, because it has over 15 palm trees, a big backyard, and a place to host your friends and family.Groups we’ve hosted:- Family Reunions and Get-Togethers- Dentists / Doctors / Continued education training- Sports Teams (Baseball, Dance, Basketball, etc.)- Golf groups- Hospital Visitors (Close to Mayo Clinic Hospital)Guest Access:Brand new kitchenware to feed over 16 people: pots and pans, crockpot, baking pans, toaster, blender, cutlery, crockery, Keurig, etc.Outdoor area is great for events, with ‘click a button, turn on the string lights’ for extra pizzaz.The Neighborhood:Reach Kierland Commons in 5 minutes, explore the Old Town, and relax in the safest and most sought-after city in Arizona. Scottsdale is known for its top cuisine and dining experiences, and there are amazing restaurants in every direction.Getting Around:Car or Uber is best. Uber and Lyft are always available in this area. We have a 2 car garage for your use, and your guests can park on the street if needed.Other Things to Note:1 more house rule – we live in a family neighborhood, so no unreasonable noise after 10pm per city ordinance: Noise levels over 68 decibels are considered unreasonable. (Ord. No. 3912, § 2, 9-28-10)Interaction with Guests:We pride ourselves on being the fastest responders to any of your questions and needs.
