Right in downtown, walkable to everywhere, 5 min to island explorer/bus stop, Village green, library, museum, historical churches, kids playground, many restaurants, and more. You’ll love it because of the quiet you rarely find in the busy town and the convenience of the location, which allows you to easily catch a free shuttle bus to anywhere in the park without the hassle of driving and parking.- A plus for this one-bedroom apt is that it has a separate living room space with a door (can be used as a second bedroom), which allows visitors to have their privacy. The sofa bed is a full size (recommended for no more than 140 pounds for your own comfort )- Outdoor space with table and chairs- The apartment located on the 2nd floor- Off-street parking- Laundry room is on the first floor which is a corner room next to the stairway.*** ATTENTION to off-season guests (Nov to April)Laundry: No laundry. The laundry room(corner room) is shut down from Nov to April as it’s not insulated. Laundry Matt is within 3 min walking distance.Heating: Oil heating heats the whole building with one thermostat on the first floor with a locked screen due to problems in the past.
