There may be a potential for noise from the adjoining unit! The driveway is the only shared space. We ask you leave the left side of the driveway for the guests that reserve the attached studio.PLEASE NOTE: The washer and dryer are free to use, however, we ask you to be respectful of the apartment guests and do not run laundry after 10pm.• Guest Access •You will enter this unit through the front door. The attached studio is on the left side of the house and that parking space and gated entrance is reserved for the apartment guests. Please be respectful of this!There is free driveway parking available with enough space to fit 4 vehicles.• Guest Interaction •Randy, our Property Manager is available via VRBO/HomeAway messaging. He will help with any questions or concerns that might come up during your stay.• Neighborhood Overview •Located on a quiet side street with easy access to the Pinecraft Amish Village. Approximately 6 miles to Siesta Key Beach and 5 miles to Lido Beach. 2 miles from Downtown and Main Street. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.If you need anything, please contact us through the Vrbo messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult.
