There is a 65″ smart TV, cozy leather sectional, and a two-sided gas fireplace, shared with the screened in porch. Step through the French doors onto the porch; perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The beautiful dining area seats 8 and is open to both the living room and kitchen. Make yourself at home in the chef appointed kitchen boasting a gas Wolf range and second wall oven. The coffee bar comes fully equipped with Keurig, drip, French press and pour over options. This level also has a large laundry room, fully fenced in backyard and an outdoor shower – perfect for washing off sand from the beach across the street!The first floor suite includes a luxurious king bed, television, a full private bath and access to the porch.The second floor has wonderful views, a children’s reading area, and two lovely bedrooms. These bedrooms offer privacy and are joined by a jack-and-jill bathroom. The front room includes a king bed with a WinkBed mattress, television, and a lovely view of the Chesapeake Bay. The second bedroom offers 2 twin bunk beds (4 twins total) and ample closet space. There are two twin cots available in the closet for additional sleeping (the two cots allow for a total of sleeping ten).The third-floor loft is the perfect place to enjoy panoramic views of the Bay and the Marina! This level includes a sitting area, library, and a large executive desk (an ideal office for working from home). During your stay, please take advantage of the carefully curated library.
