You will love this new 4,000 square foot custom built vacation home, which sits on one acre lake view lot with forest park land all around it. The views are from all sides of the house and are truly breathtaking. The house is just around the corner from the Nevada side of Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and just 5 minutes up the hill from the exciting South Lake Tahoe casinos. A Fine dining restaurant ‘ The Chart House is also closely located half way down the hill before the casinos for that special dining occasion or just plain casual relaxation. This home has it all! A large living room is open to a gourmet kitchen. This large entertainment area also have a pool table, a large wood burning fireplace, , and an entertainment center complete with digital cable, surround sound, and a DVD player.
