But please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach and it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. However, there are many places on the island with handicapped parking and also areas where you can drive on the beach. One of these accesses is a very short drive down the road.When you return home from a day of shopping or sightseeing, enjoy your private patio surrounded by lush landscaping. What a nice place to enjoy a snack, sip a glass of wine or set up your laptop and enjoy the free WiFi! There is a stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals and a lovely living room with a pull-out sofa to accommodate additional guests. The large Main suite has a King-sized bed, HDTV, and access to a private patio. The bath boasts a beautiful walk-in shower.Located in a private oceanfront setting but also close to shopping and restaurants. Great spot for walking and biking under the canopy of trees. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.
