Beautifully updated one-story condo in the Lagoon Villas complex on the south end of Amelia Island. This condo boasts an open floor plan with lots of natural light and has been recently updated throughout, including the kitchen and both bathrooms.As you’ll see in the pictures, the kitchen has all new updates including stainless appliances and high end counter tops. It is fully equipped with everything guests need for preparing meals. From the kitchen, you also have access to the private courtyard with seating.The master bedroom has all new furnishings, king size bed, and a flat screen TV. The attached master bathroom has been recently updated and enjoy access to the private patio overlooking the lagoon.The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom as well. This condo is a great setup for a couple, a family with children, or two couples travelling together.High speed internet is provided for guests. Also brand new washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet at the entry. This villa also comes with beach towels and beach chairs provided.This location is ideal with great views of the lagoon and private sitting areas off the living room and master bedroom. Beach access is a quarter of a mile away and can be reached via walking/bike path. This villa is located across from the main resort hotel and conference center and is convenient for guests visiting for special events.This is the perfect setting for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Enjoy the bike/walking trails on the resort, great spa, shops, and restaurants, or many of the other amenities. Or, venture to charming Downtown Fernandina Beach and enjoy the eclectic dining and shopping options. Plus, it’s pet friendly (dogs only) so you don’t have to leave your fur baby at home!With this rental, guests enjoy access to miles of walking and biking trails, the Plantation spa, shops, and many great dining options. Golf is available at many nice courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are offered through Amelia’s Wheels on the resort.Please be advised this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Plantation and does not give you access to “resort privileges or amenities”, like the main hotel pool, fitness center, and shuttle service.
