The Perfect Place: Close to town, with 100′ of private lake frontage.Located right on White Lake with private frontage!Home features 4 bedrooms, three with CalKing beds and one with a Queen bed. Two of the CalKing bedrooms also have a set of twin bunk beds. Very beautiful home in a great area with tons of great activities to enjoy from world class fishing, boating, water skiing, kayaking, and tubing on the White Lake, White River, Lake Michigan, Muskegon Lake and Muskegon River to hiking the Manistee National Forest. There are bike/walking trails just a very short walk down the road where you can enjoy a stroll. Medbery Park on Lake Michigan is only a short 8 minutes away via car.Home was fully renovated in 2023 and so you will have an entire customized kitchen, new flooring throughout both the main level and basement. Both bathrooms are completely new wiith showers. The lakeside view is enhanced with all new windows and sliding doors opening on to a new deck. Morning coffee can be enjoyed overlooking the rising sun from the 3 seasons room surrounded by sliding doors. The view is spectacular through the changing seasons as you can see from the pictures. The spacious back yard is ideal for games and parties. Games supplied include: badminton, slack line, and corn hole.The parking is spacious with the house being the only building on this street.You can fish from the dock as well as moor you boat. I supply kayaks (2), row boat(12′ aluminum). The resident bald eagle fishes from a nearby tree and is easily observed from the dock. Blue herons and other water fowl are abundant as well. Deer and wild turkeys make their daily appearance and often turkey feathers are left behind.Michigan Adventures Amusement Park and Water Park are only a short 15-minute drive away and is worth at least two days worth of fun. Definitely some fun coasters and water rides there (even for the adults!).Check out Pekadils for ice cream, creative sandwiches and soups.Take a 15-minute trip to the Duck Lake State Park where you can enjoy all of nature.How about a trip through the Manistee National Forest on your 4 wheeler, dirt bike, or other ATV? Head over to the Holton Motorcycle Trail Head on Brunswick Rd in Holton about a 30-minute drive.Never been to a petting zoo? Head to Lewis Farm and Petting Zoo up in New Era, which is about 15 minutes from the home.Looking forward to beautiful white sand beaches of Lake Michigan! How about tearing some of those dunes up at the Silver Lake Dunes area where you can ride ATV’, dirt bikes, trucks, or dune buggies. Dune buggy rentals are available all over Silver Lake Dunes area. The drive is about 30 minutes.Is drinking a craft beer your thing? There are three brew pubs close by.Want to try a family bike trip down the Montague/Hart bike trail? The trail picks up about ΒΌ mile east of the home on Old Channel Trail. Don’t have bikes? Not a problem, head to White Lake Excursions located in Montague. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to call ahead to reserve your bikes!Are any of your children a little Beethoven??? Stop on over to the Blue Lake Fine Arts Music Camp! More info at bluelake.org.If a leisurely game of golf is more your thing, don’t worry, we have you covered. There are numerous Golf courses just a short drive away. My personal favorite is Stonegate Golf Course located in Twin Lake about 30 minutes away. This gem is nestled in the Manistee National Forest.
