This sun filled apartment is new following reconstruction after Superstorm Sandy. Our kitchen has new cabinets; there is ultra plush carpeting in all bedrooms, laminate flooring in hallway and kitchen, plus ceramic tile in the two baths. When you arrive, you are welcome to pull into the driveway and unload your belongings right outside your entrance. One flight up and you have a delightful respite from the hectic norm. Three bedrooms, two full baths, an eat-in kitchen and a large deck with table, chairs, and lounges that face the ocean will greet you and instantly give you a sense of tranquility. Day or night you can get out and have fun or simply sit home and chill. In fact our central air is perfect in helping you do just that. There are also ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. Can’t wait to wash the salt and sand off your skin? Our outdoor shower will be most helpful to rid you of all that. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer; a dishwasher, three HD/TVs, a gas grill, plenty of storage space, and an optional cleaning service for when you depart. We feel we have left nothing to chance and can assure you of a delightful living experience when you vacation with us.
