Come soak up the AZ sun with us!See more @The.Phx.Oasis on IG!The Space:The Phoenix Oasis at Casa Marie is located in an adorable, historic neighborhood that is centrally located to all the best spots in the Phoenix metroplex. With it’s large bedrooms and a abundant outdoor space, The Oasis is perfect for family get togethers, wedding groups, or friends celebrating something special! Our home is only 7 minutes from the airport, 5-10 minutes from both Downtown and Uptown Phoenix, and 15 minutes from both Tempe and Old Town Scottsdale!This vacation rental offers abundant outdoor space for you and your group to soak up the AZ sun while also staying cool and comfortable. We have two covered patios, each with ceiling fans and plenty of seating. The completely private pool comes with plenty of lounge chairs, an umbrella, and an attached hot tub. Guests can choose to heat the pool or the hot tub for an extra fee (see information below!). The backyard also boasts a fire pit, gardens, cornhole, jumbo jenga, limbo, a hammock, and a ping pong table for you and your group to enjoy! Please note that our Peloton bike does not have a monthly membership but guests can either log into your own accounts to use it for classes or you can use a few of the limited bike routes which are included. Thank you!Pool & Hot Tub Information:We charge $30 a day to heat the hot tub or $100 a day to heat the pool and these additional costs go directly to our gas bill. In particular, the amount of gas needed to heat a 20,000 gallon pool is costly so we just pass on these costs to any guests that want the pool or hot tub heated.The way our heater works is that you can heat either the pool or the hot tub but not both at the same time and we ask that if you want either one heated, it remains heated the entire duration of your stay.Lastly, we would like at least 72 hours notice from you to heat the pool and 48 hours notice to heat the hot tub to ensure the pool or hot tub is nice and warm for your arrival. If you arrive to the house and ask for the pool or hot tub to be heated without proper notice given, we cannot guarantee either the pool or the hot tub will be heated for your stay. We will try our best here but giving us advanced notice really helps us!Indoors you will find a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a stocked laundry room, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, renovated bathrooms with plenty of mirrors and space to get ready, a peloton for staying fit while traveling, a large and cozy family room with a gas fireplace, a dining room with a large table that is great for both meals and card/board games, an office themed bar room (this room can be used for work if needed but ideally you’ll be taking PTO and mixing yourself a cocktail instead!) and a large selection of games including shuffleboard, poker, and foosball. There is also a workout area complete with a peloton bike and yoga mats.Built during the second World War, our unique property was given the name “Casa Marie” by its first owners and the name has stuck ever since. There are two houses on our large double lot: Casa Marie, and the host’s private home. Both houses are completely separate with their own entrances, yards and addresses. There is a large privacy fence that runs along Casa Marie’s back yard, separating the rental space from the host’s private property. As hosts we enjoy being nearby to help with any needs or questions that may arise, and otherwise leave you to enjoy your vacation!We absolutely love our neighborhood; it is quiet yet very friendly and unique. We enjoy taking sunny walks down the palm lined streets, admiring the other historic homes on the block, and grabbing lunch at the many restaurants nearby. We do ask that you respect the neighborhood by keeping your noise at appropriate levels when outdoors.The Phoenix Oasis provides comfort, relaxation, and charm that is unmatched. We can’t wait to host you!!Guest Access:Casa Marie is on a corner lot with plenty of street parking. There is also a driveway guests can park in, around the corner from the front door.The Neighborhood:Our neighborhood borders the Phoenix Country Club. We are centrally located in a historic neighborhood with abundant charm and character.Other Things to Note:This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).Interaction with Guests:While we love to travel, when we are home and on site we love to interact with guests and make ourselves available for whatever you may need.
