Lake Sinclair North End.Beautiful Lake Sinclair retreat, calm water, quiet location, very peacefulA fun and fancy “A” frame home in a quiet cove on the north end of lake Sinclair. You are sure to enjoy a memorable and lovely getaway in our fully furnished lake house. Our future retirement home can be your home for a much-needed vacation. Our home has four bedrooms and three and one half baths. There are two master bedrooms with full on suites. There are three King beds, one queen bed, one single bed. Sleeps nine. Enjoy views of the water from our main level deck with gas fire pit and outdoor seating or from our covered lower level patio.The upper level is a private master bedroom with bath and separate heating and air conditioning. The main level has an additional master bedroom and bath. There is a half bath with washer and dryer for your use on this level as well. Fully stocked newly remodeled kitchen with open dining – living room with beautiful views of the lake. The vaulted ceiling with expansive glass windows offers a fabulous view of the lake. The lower level living space of our home has two additional bedrooms. There is a full bath on this level as well. The main living space on this level is open and has a wet bar and under counter ice maker for entertaining. A fun and colorful decor awaits you. A great place to entertain family and friends.Easy walk to end of our private dock. Swim and fish right off the dock and enjoy a great view of the lake. Bring your boat or jet ski and take advantage of the boat ramp at the end of our cove. Wood burning fire pit on the point overlooking the cove.A short seven mile drive to Crooked Creek Marina or to the Dollar General for extra supplies. The Crooked Creek Grill is a new restaurant at the marina for your enjoyment.Eatonton, Greensboro, and Milledgeville are all a short drive away.Make our home yours and enjoy a small slice of Heaven.
