The Port Blair Residence – 2 blocks from the beach, Pool, beach badges includedOnly located 2 blocks from the world famous Jenkinsons Point Pleasant Boardwalk and Beach.Home was completely renovated and updated to modern standards for the comfort of our guests.This house is walking distance to all the amenities you would desire. Beautiful Cape Style house with full kitchen, bathroom, sitting and dining area upstairs. 3 bedrooms located upstairs. Large outdoor deck with an open back yard. Downstairs holds a large common room with a sectional sofa, futon, as well as a full bathroom and it’s own door. This can easily be used as a fourth bedroom. Fooseball table added for some additional fun!!!For this season, 2023 be sure to check out our new inground pool that was just completed!!6 beach badges are provided, 2 driveway parking spots, 6 towels and few hand cloths,We recommend bringing your own beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. We have provided a cart to take the items to the beach.Walking distance to downtown Point Pleasant Beach, easy access to all of the restaurants and boutiques. Grocery store and amenities within walking distance. Also few minute walk from the central boardwalk area.No Parties allowed / No smoking on the propertyMinimum 7 night rentals with all checkouts on Saturday – if you need other dates please message us.Check in at 4pm and Checkout at 11amSmart locks to allow self check in / property manager on call for any issues.******* Please note Point Pleasant’s ordinances: ********1. Minimum 7night stays2. Occupant information including email and phone number must be provided to the town for each rental party3.
