Our 1914 bungalow offers 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The historic charm welcomes you as soon as you walk in with the original fireplace, mantle and trim. Our home was completely renovated in 2022 with new HVAC, countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring and carpets. There is off street parking in the spacious backyard with its own private driveway. Enjoy your coffee on our covered porch or on the deck in back. We offer every amenity to make your visit special!Our house is located on a quiet street in the historic district. We are just over a mile to the Riverfront, with proximity to the Cargo, Soda Pop and Brooklyn Arts District and all of the restaurants and attractions in downtown Wilmington.
