There is a microwave a drip coffee maker and in the dining area, there is a table and 6 chairs.Just off the kitchen is a small back patio with outside furniture and fenced yard but we do NOT allow pets to stay.The living room is quite large with a 55″ smart Tv, coffee table, and leather couch and chairs. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well. If needed there is an inflatable Queen mattress that can be set up in this area.All of the bedrooms are upstairs and they include an Ikea Queen-size Malm bed frame and mattress, a nightstand with a lamp, and clothing storage in the closet. There is central heat and air conditioning in the home along with ceiling fans. There is one bedroom that includes its own private full bathroom and the other two rooms share the second.There is a washer and dryer that can be used with care.This is a middle unit in a fourplex of Condominiums so there is a possibility for some noise from the neighbors.There is a parking lot in front that is shared with the neighbors but you have two reserved spots and plenty of street parking.Please let me know if you have any questions and hope to see you soonDan and the Crew
