A perfect space if you work from home.In the bedroom you find a king size, Lull therapeutic mattress for the most relaxing sleep. Minimal, Mid-century decor in the spacious & cozy living room that is also equipped with a 65 inch tv. A newly renovated & stylish bathroom and a chic, white, retro kitchen with brand new appliances.HOUSE RULES: By accepting this reservation you agree to abide by all house rules:* You must be at least 25 years old to book and it is required to have a photo ID uploaded to your account and a picture of it sent to the host.* All instant bookings must contact the owner within 48 hours to verify age with a valid photo ID & total number of guests.* Booking party must be present at the time of check in, no third party bookings allowed.* 2 people max* No pets + No smoking – If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.- By confirming your reservation, all parties hereby agree to adhere to the house rules.
