This lovely retreat is located in a central location just 5 minutes to downtown, or 5 minutes to the charming village on Coast Village Road in Montecito, and a few minutes to the beach. The property includes a bridge (easement), which crosses over a small creek to a separate area with lemon and orange trees. The deck spans the length of the house and is great for entertaining and is perfect for al fresco dining, with an expansive, lush yard with ocean views.The front entryway seating area provides a nice shady spot for warm weather. The master bedroom and bath are located on the far side of the property, very private. The expansive kitchen is big enough for 2 to cook in and is equipped with cookware and tools any chef would appreciate. There are three bedrooms plus a fourth bedroom that serves as a private office or reading room, great for relaxing by the fireplace, and then out the sliding door to the patio. The ambience is very tranquil and calming, a retreat-like feeling!
