Tucked back off the main road, this riverfront home has been professionally renovated from top to bottom to create a modern river oasis perfect for couples or families. View the Center Fork Kaweah River right from the living room, dining room, or up close from the patio. Inside, you’ll find a gorgeous living room and dining room with breathtaking views of the river and foliage, open to the well-appointed dream kitchen. There is one bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms including the master with en suite, overlooking the patio area and river below. Large windows let in natural light, mountain and river views. Open the windows to hear the sounds of the river. The 3R Big River Retreat is a special gem you’re sure to visit again and again. There is another short-term rental on the property, a tiny home on the opposite end of the lot. If you’d like to reserve both homes, please let us know.Guest AccessGuests have access to the entire home, WiFi, fresh towels and linens, Smart TV, and flat parking. There is river access from the home. Guests share a driveway with a tiny home on the property, which is a separate vacation rental. If you’d like to reserve both homes, let us know.Although there is wifi and a desk in the bedroom, if you plan to work during your vacation, please keep in mind that this home is located in a mountain community. The wifi speed may not be what you’re used to in the city.
