Our home is located in the desirable south side of Lake Havasu, just 4 minutes from the newest, high end marina and boat launch.Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with ensuite that leads to a covered patio. Generous 2nd bedroom offers space for 3 people. The kitchen offers modern appliances, granite counters and the kitchen utensils you’ll need to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals! The dining area has a counter height table with seating for 4 as well as as bar area that has another 4 stools to enjoy coffee in the morning or a meal during the day. The living room offers multiple seating options as well as a new 55″ smart tv, perfect for gaming or signing into your personal streaming services. The patio off the kitchen is a great alternative for outdoor dining and is equipped with a large propane grill for a festive bbq with friends and family. Parking is abundant and can easily accommodate boat/trailer parking.
