Two large, overstuffed couches are featured in the main living area, and are complemented by a 65″ flatscreen TV. In the kitchen, the stainless steel appliances and island seating make the perfect setting for family dinners or wine with friends. Additionally, there is a fully outfitted coffee station complete with a Keurig machine and a traditional drip coffee-pot, ideal for the bean-enthusiast!Outside is a large backyard with enough seating for the whole family. The covered outdoor area features a grill and conversation seating. In the yard is a private fire-pit with Adirondack chairs and yard games, all arranged under the shade of an oak tree. Also outside is a spacious private drive.Whether you’re traveling with family or with friends, The Rosemary is the perfect place to gather!· · Rates for this property are based on double occupancy, additional persons beyond 2 will be charged $35 per person per night · ·PLEASE NOTE: There are security cameras onsite. There is one camera monitoring the driveway and one camera monitoring the side yard/gate. There is no footage stored and no audio.- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
