There’s also a large fireplace, unique in Key West. The formal dining table seats eight comfortably. A second sitting room is perfect if you want to be by yourself for a good read. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, and suitable for a professional chef, with double ovens, a huge Sub Zero fridge/freezer, ice maker and plenty of prep space.THE PRIVATE POOL and OUTDOOR KITCHEN….The pool area of THE ROYAL COMPOUND is unique. The spacious patio surrounding the pool is paved in Travertine, with room for eight chaises. Then, there’s the pavilion-style porch that seems to float above the very large pool, with enough seating for the entire group under outdoor ceiling fans hung from the vaulted ceiling of the pavilion. The pool has a waterfall that flows from the edge of the porch. Very dramatic. Finally, there’s the outdoor bar with a summer kitchen including a full refrigerator; large enough for a party or poolside BBQ any time.Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests.
