This 1940’s Farm House is hidden in plain site. It has been stripped down to its original bones. It’s unique features give it great character. This two bedroom one bath features a four foot round galvanized tub shower combo. It has a full kitchen, minus the dishwasher, with everything you need to prepare your own meals. If cooking was not on the agenda your just minutes away from historical downtown McKinney Cultural District, offering a variety of boutiques, restaurants, pubs and wineries. After a trip to town, take a walk down to the pond and prehaps go fishing. Enjoy a game of horseshoes or make smore’s in the fire pit. The house is surrounded by 79 acres of farmland, it sits on top of a hill so there is always a breeze. Relax on the porch with your favorite beverage and watch the cows and calves as they graze in the pasture. If you need some alone time, cozy up by the fireplace with a good book.
