The Gaslamp District is also nearby.Getting Around:This is a very walkable location and also comes with a one-car parking pass for you to explore other neighborhoods of San Diego.Other Things to Note:This studio is on the first floor of a townhome, and we rent the upstairs separately. That means:1. The air conditioning is controlled by the upstairs unit. We try to keep the home comfortable around 71 degrees and the studio has a space heater if necessary.2. The studio is subject to noise from the upstairs unit. We have done our best to combat this by adding a white noise machine, providing ear plugs, and making a request. If we have a guest, it is likely you will hear footsteps and noise from the other unit. Please keep that in mind when choosing to stay with us.3. The townhome has a smart door lock on the front door, one for the studio, and one for the upstairs rental. There is a shared entrance, but neither rental will be able to access the other unit.If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know when sending an inquiry or booking automatically. Here are our pet rules:• We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $45 fee per pet, per stay.• Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.• No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture, and we recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls.• We recommend that if you leave the property, your pet either joins or stays in their crate.• If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs.• Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum.
