This is a studio with 2 queen bedrooms, full bath with a living room/kitchen area.. This studio is in the back of the main house with a private entrance and driveway. It has WiFi, Roku tv, ac and ceiling fans. The large fenced in yard with a fire pit and deck with a gas grill is also for guest use. Coming for summer of 2025 is an additional large deck/screened in porch!! While renting this back studio, no one will be in the front part of the house, except for the occasional 2 “really cool” owners and probably a few grandchildren!!5 minute walk to the beach, stores, amusement park, food and clubs!
