Originally set up as duplex, a doorway INSIDE the home between the living rooms separates or connects the two sides. This allows you to enjoy and share your space, but also gives you the convenience and separation should you choose!(TWO kitchens, TWO Living spaces!)The layout includes two identical sides. This means there are two fully stocked kitchens (one on each side), and two family rooms (one on each side), with a doorway connecting the two sides that is accessible from inside the home.The home was renovated in 2022 to include brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new floors through the home, new paint, and a brand new master bathroom on both East and West sides spring 2023. The home feels brand new.Each master bedroom has a king bed, and its own, amazing, large private oceanfront covered balcony overlooking the pool and beach, with unobstructed views of the ocean. You can walk right to the beach access without needed to enter the pool area. Great for young kids. Pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and maintained 1-2x per week depending on season.Pool can be heated for $650 per week, just let us know ahead of your stay if you’d like to add this!
