“The Sandpiper” Near Pinecraft, Enclosed Heated Salt Pool and Spa, <8 peopleThis home comes as a deluxe package with a heated pool for the kids to play in and a heated, jetted spa for the adults to relax in. The pool has underwater lights to turn on at night and hanging string lights. Complete with lounge chairs to make any time of day or night the perfect mode of relaxation.The house is large and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils and appliances. There is a large screen smart TV with cable in the living room along with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi.2 bedrooms have each a queen bed with 1 master bedroom including a pack and play for an infant or small child. The other bedroom has 1 bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin on top. Additionally, there is 1 sofa bed for either 2 kids or 1 adult and 1 couch in living room for 1 adult.There are 2 full bathrooms with each having a bathtub/shower unit.The laundry room is shared with an attached guest suite. Please be courteous of other guests and make sure your laundry is taken care of right away so they may use the facilities as well. We ask you to be respectful of the apartment guests and do not run laundry after 10pm.The guest suite has a separate entrance and totally separate quarters.**Guests may book the attached suite through a separate listing.**You may park along the white fence towards the right side. There is enough room for 3 cars to park. Please do not block the circle drive as that is reserved for guests that book the attached apartment unit. Please be respectful of this!The doors and windows adjacent to the pool are equipped with safety alarms.**Please note: There is an attached apartment unit so there may be a potential for noise due to this!**This home is close to a busy street but with the brand-new windows, the house is quiet inside. The fence around the property provides privacy for all your activities.Nearby, the little town of Pinecraft attracts lots of Amish. There is a fairly large influx of Amish in this neighborhood especially in the winter months and can be seen walking or riding their bikes.The home is located 5-7 miles from Siesta Key Beach and Lido Beach. It is also within walking or biking distance of the Pinecraft park. There is a huge array of shopping at your fingertips and some amazing Amish-food restaurants such as Der Dutchman and Yoder's just down the road. No car? No problem! Just a short walk to the nearest SCAT bus stop, and you can be at any location within a few minutes.**Quiet time after 10pm**No loud parties**No glass by the pool**Homeowner or property managers are not liable for any accidents that occur in or near the pool. Please swim at your own risk.We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.If you need anything, please contact us through the VRBO messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult.
