Don’t forget the Santa Barbara Zoo is a short stroll away!Built in 1911, this historic cottage offers two properties for large families and groups. The homes have been impeccably restored honoring its vintage charm while including modern conveniences. Designed for living a relaxed seaside life, the front house is filled with natural light and fresh air. The formal Living Room features plenty of seating and the attached sunroom offers additional lounging options. The Bedrooms are all expertly decorated and the primary Bedroom offers a sunny reading nook. The separate loft has its own Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry and three separate sleeping areas. The property also features a private indoor hot tub, exercise room, outdoor dining, and a grill.
