Don’t forget the Santa Barbara Zoo is a short stroll away!Built in 1911, this historic cottage has been impeccably restored honoring its vintage charm while including modern conveniences. The home offers a trendy Living Room, breakfast bar, and an upgraded Kitchen. Get a good nights rest in one of the two expertly decorated Bedrooms. There are two separate loft reading rooms, each with a Twin sofa sleeper for additional guests.PLEASE NOTE (COMMUNAL PROPERTY – AREA RESTRICTIONS): The Sea Captain’s House and The Sea Captain’s Loft are on the same property. Both units are available through Paradise Retreats to rent together or separately!The Property contains communal areas that are restricted and off limits to the guests of The Sea Captain’s Loft.
