Secured building. Outdoor shower and shared grill. Bicycle storage available inside.The spaceCondo is located on the 1st floor. There is one assigned parking spot. Quiet time is from 10p-8a.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire condo during your stay and may self checkin with a private door code. One parking permit is provided per reservation.Free Wifi. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until the end of September. The pool is 3ft-5ft deep and is open from 9am to 9pm. There are pool rules posted in the elevator and near the outside pool door.Other things to notePlease remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.There will be a $35 fee for each parking permit not returned.
