The Seneca is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment located on the first floor level of the house. With very high ceilings and other original touches continue to keep the charm of the historic house. The apartment is close to downtown (about 3 blocks).The apartment is fully equipped for a short or extended stay. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. There are two TVs for entertainment; The living room TV is set up with Roku streaming and the bedroom TV is a smart TV with many streaming options. THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT SUPPLY CABLE AND DOES NOT HAVE A WASHER/DRYER. There is a laundromat 0.6 miles away. For the security of the property and the guests we have exterior/video only security camera’s on the outside of the building. These camera’s view the driveway, parking lot, and entry doors.
