You’ll be close to everything the town has to offer while also enjoying your own private space on two acres of land with private deck and hot tub. Walk into the main floor and you’ll have a media room with smart TV, full bathroom with washer/dryer, master bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with twin bunk bed. Head up the stairs into the open kitchen and living room along with the third bedroom with full bed and half bath. The large sliding doors onto the patio provide tons of natural light and the light wood colors of this home really pop! (Hot tub fee applies mid-March to mid-December. Pet fee may apply. Please read below.)• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.• Our minimum rental age is 25.• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please.• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the garage pointed at the driveway. This is not in any of the living areas.• Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
